Visiting Bath or looking for a great day out, the whatson Bath comprehensive online guide is full of places of interest and attractions not only in Bath but also the surrounding areas, whether your are looking for the Roman Baths, Spas, Museums, Caves, gardens, Country Houses, Animal Farms or sight seeing - is all here.

Bristol is just 1/2hr drive down the road with the beautiful English counties of Somerset Wiltshire and Gloucestershire all just a short trip away.

I was going to list, for the ladeez out there, chez moi on a Saturday night  in  this section until the boss insisted we keep the interest part of the title intact... spoilsport.

Regardless, there are apparently a number of other places throughout Bath that may actually keep you awake for more than the 3 seconds I’ve become renowned for. Beautiful architecture, stunning scenery, something a little out of the ordinary... there are lots of listings to keep you occupied and on your toes.

Take a look at what’s on offer and choose the place that speaks to you. Frankly, you could do worse than start with the stunning Roman Baths pictured above but, as beauty isn’t everything and personality counts for a lot (I’m zero from 2 so far), I’ll leave the selection to you folks.
